We begin with a questionnaire and photo challenge to get to know you, your story/message and your style/brand. Next we cull inspiration, creative concepts and imagery into a comprehensive design deck. During our design presentation, we walk you through color palette, rental options and thoughtful ideas. Our package includes an additional round of revisions to the design. Once the deck is approved, we refer vendors and procure proposals to bring the vision to life.
Most of our couples invest a minimum of $800-$1500 per person on their wedding, depending on the venue and market. This includes vendor, venue, catering, entertainment and décor fees. The design will also contribute towards the final budget. We work with our clients to establish and operate within a realistic budget and implement creative strategies to stretch every dollar.
We split your payments into 3 or 4 installments depending on how much time we have until your event. A retainer fee of 30% is required upon signing the contract in order to secure your date and kick off the planning process.
